Powder-Coated Steel
Expected service life: 7–12 years
A workhorse for industrial, education, and public environments. It delivers structural strength and impact resistance with a lower upfront cost than stainless, while still providing long-term durability when properly specified.
PETG Plastic
Expected service life: 5–8 years
Chosen when visibility and safety matter. PETG is dramatically stronger than acrylic, resists cracking, and maintains clarity under daily use. It supports visual compliance checks without the replacement churn common with brittle plastics.
ABS Plastic
Expected service life: 3–5 years
Lightweight, resilient, and cost-effective for mobile carts, temporary spaces, or areas with frequent reconfiguration. When replacement is expected, ABS controls cost without sacrificing function.
