Welcome to ORIGIN Dispensing Solutions™, LLC! These Online Terms of Sale (“Agreement”) govern your purchase of products (“Products”) through our website www.ORIGINDispensingSolutions.com (“Site”). By placing an order, you ("Buyer") acknowledge and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not complete your purchase.


1. Payment & Billing

  • Payment Methods: We accept Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.
  • Billing Authorization: By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total purchase amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, to your chosen payment method.
  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required at checkout. We do not offer credit terms for online purchases.
  • Order Verification: We may cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or violate these Terms.

2. Pricing & Availability

  • Prices: All prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • Product Availability: We do our best to maintain accurate stock levels, but availability is not guaranteed. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative product.
  • Errors: In case of a pricing, typographical, or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel orders and issue a refund.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Methods: Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
  • Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays.
  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to Buyer upon delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

All returns must be authorized before being sent back. To initiate a return, contact ORIGIN™ Customer Service @ 1-(360) 912-9805 within the timeframes below:

 Full Refund (If Returned Within 30 Days)

  • Products shipped in error.
  • Products that do not meet our quality standards (must be unused, in original packaging).

 Partial Refund (Restocking Fee May Apply)

  • Items returned in resalable condition may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 35%, plus shipping costs.

🚫 Non-Returnable Products:

  • Custom or Special Order Products
  • Products not in resalable condition due to use or improper return packaging

      How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact ORIGIN™ Customer Service at 1-(360) 912-9805 to request a Return Authorization (RMA).

  2. Package the item securely and include the Return Authorization number.

  3. Ship the item using the instructions provided once your RMA is approved.

  4. Once received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


5. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they are processed. Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled.
  • Changes to Orders: We are unable to modify an order after it has been placed. If you need to make changes, please cancel and reorder.

6. Taxes & Duties

  • Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on shipping address.
  • International orders may be subject to import duties and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the Buyer.

7. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

  • ORIGIN™ Manufacturers Warranty: Contact our Customer Service Department for additional information or refer to the warranty hosted @ www.ORIGINDispensingSolutions.com
  • Product Use Disclaimer: We make no guarantees regarding a Product’s ability to prevent injury, contamination, or infection. Buyer is responsible for ensuring the appropriate use of Products.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
  • Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Washington.
  • Arbitration (Optional Clause): Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration as an alternative to court proceedings.

9. Force Majeure (Delays Beyond Our Control)

We are not responsible for delays due to:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or extreme weather
  • Labor strikes or supply chain disruptions
  • Carrier delays or government restrictions

If an order is delayed for reasons beyond our control, we will notify you and make reasonable efforts to fulfill it as soon as possible.


10. Privacy & Data Security

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, located on our website.


11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Online Terms of Sale at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page, and continued use of our Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
