Refund policy

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY.

ORIGIN Dispensing Solutions™, LLC return policy, depends on the type of purchase and the reason for the return.

Incorrect orders 

  • ORIGIN™ may assist with returns, but restocking fees, handling charges, and shipping costs may apply based on the specific situation.

Damaged or defective items 

  • If a box arrives damaged, take photos of the box, case, or pallet. Inspect the contents, and if they are also damaged, reject the shipment when possible. Ensure the delivery personnel document the damage on their forms.
  • If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, you may request a refund or replacement. Photos of the damage may be required.
  • Damages to shipments must be reported within 10 days of delivery.

Returns 

  • Some ORIGIN DISPENSING SOLUTIONS™ products are eligible for a 30-day refund or replacement.
  • Used, damaged, or materially different returns may result in a partial or no refund.

Warranty claims 

  • To make a warranty claim, you must first get a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number by calling ORIGIN™ Customer Service @ 1-(360) 912-9805.
  • The dispenser must be returned in its original packaging, if possible.
  • ORIGIN™ may ask for photos before accepting the return.
  • Restocking fees may apply.
  • ORIGIN™ will repair or replace the product, but is not liable for other damages.

How to Obtain Returns & Refunds

All returns must be authorized before being sent back. To initiate a return, contact ORIGIN™ Customer Service @ 1-(360) 912-9805 within the timeframes below:

 Full Refund (If Returned Within 30 Days)

  • Products shipped in error.
  • Products that do not meet our quality standards (must be unused, in original packaging).

 Partial Refund (Restocking Fee May Apply)

  • Items returned in resalable condition may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 35%, plus shipping costs.

🚫 Non-Returnable Products:

  • Custom or Special-Order Products
  • Products not in a resalable condition due to use or improper return packaging.
  • Private labeled or Branded Products are not returnable.

      How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact ORIGIN™ Customer Service at 1-(360) 912-9805 to request a Return Authorization (RMA).
  2. Package the item securely and include the Return Authorization number.
  3. Ship the item using the instructions provided once your RMA is approved.
  4. Once received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
