LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

ORIGIN DISPENSING SOLUTIONS™, LLC

Thank you and congratulations for purchasing an ORIGIN Dispensing Solutions™ product.


ORIGIN DISPENSING SOLUTIONS™, LLC distributes its products through a worldwide network of authorized ORIGIN™ distributors.

If you purchased your product through a distributor, please contact your distributor first before reaching out to ORIGIN™ Customer Service.

If you qualify for a warranty based on the conditions outlined below, please contact ORIGIN™ Customer Service at 1-(360) 912-9805, available Monday through Friday, 7 AM – 3 PM Pacific Time (PT).


I. WARRANTY COVERAGE

ORIGIN™, LLC warrants that its products, when used for their intended purpose, are free from defects in material and workmanship, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations listed below.

A. Warranty Periods

The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase as indicated on the purchase order. Some products contain multiple components that may have different warranty periods, as outlined below:

  1. Metal Dispensers – ORIGIN™ will replace metal dispensers found to be defective for up to 15 years from the date of purchase.
    • Covered materials: Aluminum, cold-rolled steel, stainless steel.
    • Note: Coated-wire products are not covered under this warranty.
  2. Plastic Dispensers – ORIGIN™ will replace plastic dispensers found to be defective for up to 2 years from the date of purchase.
    • Covered materials: ABS, PETG, Polycarbonate, Sintra®.
  3. Carts (Mobile & Stationary) – ORIGIN™ will replace carts (products that combine metal, plastic, and other materials) found to be defective for up to 3 years from the date of purchase.

II. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused during transportation.
  • Damage resulting from improper use or poor maintenance.
  • Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions or use restrictions as stated in ORIGIN™ Product Data Sheets (if available).
  • Damage due to modification or alteration of the product.
  • Damage resulting from impact (including dropping, falling, or being hit by another object or person).

III. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

A. Requesting a Return for Warranty Evaluation

To return a dispenser under warranty, you must first obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number by contacting ORIGIN™ Customer Service at 1-(360) 912-9805.

  • Important: Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted and will invalidate the warranty claim.

B. Warranty Claim Requirements

To qualify for a replacement under this warranty, the following conditions must be met:


Product Label: The original product label must be attached to the dispenser. If removed, the warranty is void.
Proper Packaging: The product should be returned in its original packaging, if possible, or packaged securely to prevent further damage.
Pre-Return Inspection: ORIGIN™ may require photographs of the product before authorizing a return shipment.
Restocking Fees: In some cases, restocking fees may apply.

Once the product is received and reviewed, ORIGIN™ will determine if the warranty claim is valid. If approved, a replacement dispenser will be issued.


IV. LIMITED WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied. ORIGIN™’s liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective products as stated above.

  • ORIGIN™ is not responsible for incidental, consequential, or indirect damage arising from product failure.
  • THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS HEREBY DISCLAIMED.
  • THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY IS HEREBY DISCLAIMED.
  • No ORIGIN™ representative or distributor is authorized to provide additional warranties beyond what is stated in this policy.

V. SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS

Any claims related to shipping damage must be reported to ORIGIN™ Customer Service at 1-(360) 912-9805 within 10 days of receipt of the product.
